On May 8th, our team traveled to New York City to celebrate teachers and take part in Teacher Appreciation Day, hosted by Crayola! We teamed up with Broderville Production to come up with a concept that would create a very unique and interactive experience. The 20 ft tall and almost 40 ft wide led video wall, was designed to look like a giant Thank-you card and was brought to life with the help of our friends at Light Action. The goal of the event was to receive million Thank You(s), and to help achieve that goal, we help to set up a 0n-site Thank-You booth, where children (and Adults) could say thank you to their favorite teacher. We partnered with Visional Productions to create a template for Avolites AI Media Server to stream the Thank-you(s)live onto the video wall, along with a live-tweeting stream, #CrayolaThanks that added a constant flow of dynamic content to the screen!
