What is a Hybrid Event:

A hybrid event allows you to hold an in-person event, while also including guests who are unable to physically attend the event. Now, with social distancing precautions, hosts have been coming up with creative ways for their guests to attend events not only in-person, but also virtually.

Broadcasting your event online is a great way to include those not able to attend because of traveling restrictions or health concerns. With hybrid events no one misses out, and everyone is able to actively participate.

How it works:

A hybrid event starts off just like any normal in-person event. The venue, whether indoors or outdoors, will be set with all the design and production elements needed, along with any necessary safety precautions. Once set-up is complete and your event is about to start, your hybrid production team will cue the branded live feed, and broadcast in real-time for all of your online guests to view.

Not only will virtual guests be able to see and hear the in-person event, but they will be able to actively participate. The participation element of live streaming allows both your virtual and in-person audience to converse and socialize as they would at a traditional event.
