We’ll walk you through each step of the process, from the initial e-meet to the vendor arriving on-time the day of.

Virtual Venue Tours
Deciding where you are going to have you virtual wedding can be challenging, but we make it easier! Virtual tours are a great way for the bride and groom to see and decide on the perfect spot. We have a database of 360 virtual tours available that allow you to virtually walk through the venue’s space. Once the venue is decided, we’ll map out the space and create renderings of what your wedding will look like at the location. Our experts will set-up the space so that your guests viewing the wedding can see your vision brought to life.
Virtual Pre-Wedding Events
While you may not be able to celebrate your upcoming nuptials in-person, we’ll help you celebrate virtually with family and friends. Our creative team will work to create a one-of-a-kind bachelorette and wedding shower. We’ll set up the live-stream, provide the decorations, and provide professional speakers for the music. The best part, we provide a full-recording for lasting memories once the event is over!

Live Stream Wedding
When we produce a virtual event, our goal is to give your guests a fully immersible experience. As a production company we are experts in setting up and producing professional live streams. Before we go live, we make sure that the lighting is ideal, the audio is clear, and the cameras are setup to capture every aspect. Your friends and family can tune-in from your custom made landing page, and once we go live
we handle everything by directing, MC-ing, muting, unmuting, and cueing.
Throw a Virtual After Party
Use our platform to have a virtual “reception” with your guests! We’ll capture your special moments like the cake-cutting in HD and share them with your guests in real-time. To make your reception even more magical we have professional sounds systems for first dances and microphones for crisp audio. Your guests can utilize the platform to interact with other guests and deliver the speeches they have prepared and toast to the happy couple.

Professional audio for your ceremony is something that is often overlooked, but during a live stream great audio is essential for a fully immersible experience. We emphasize the use of professional microphones and recommend a mic. for the minister, as well as the bride and groom. From the vows to the speeches, we make sure it’s the only thing your audience hears.
Typically our virtual weddings are full multi-camera productions with multiple angles. Shooting with multiple cameras allows guests to enjoy multiple angles from the reception— a walk down the aisle, a disapproving mother in the first row—in a seamless panoramic view. It also lets the couple relive the experience.
We work with you every step of the way! During the planning process, we take a collaborative approach to achieve the finished look you desire. We look at every aspect, from assessing the internet connection at your venue, to designing the e-invites, livestream landing page, overall event design. We also provide pipe& drape, custom monograms, staging, canopies, and ceiling treatments.
To live video stream, you’ll need to be connected to the internet, wired or through Wi-Fi. We can provide and set up the ideal network bandwidth for Wi-Fi and Mobile Hotspots so that your feed is clear and uninterrupted. We also understand that security can be important for live-streams, and we ensure that your Virtual Wedding is only available to your guests.
Lighting makes a difference, and contributes significantly to how your webcast will look. Lighting with intention ensures that your guests focus their attention where you want and that the unnecessary elements remain unseen. To light up your decor, floral arrangements, and cake we also provide pinspots and uplighting, along with string/cafe lights.
Post-Virtual Wedding Nuptials & Vow Renewals
Many couples are opting for streamed ceremonies now with plans to host vow renewal ceremonies, receptions, or just a really awesome party to celebrate after this pandemic blows over and people are able to gather again. So even if you have a digital ceremony today, you can STILL have your dream wedding later. For Post-Virtual Wedding Nuptials & Vow Renewals, we provide full production and design support.
Your consultant will be onsite at all locations to handle the design setup, AV, internet, and, contingency plans.
